Shipping and processing

Prints are produced and shipped by a professional photo lab. Shipping time begins after production is complete, and delivery estimates include both production time and shipping time.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free Economy shipping is available on orders over $89 shipped to the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48).

Damaged or incorrect orders

Because prints are made to order, returns and exchanges aren’t accepted. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s a print quality issue, contact me within 7 business days of delivery and include photos of the print and all packaging. I’ll work with the lab under their guarantee to resolve it, which may include a replacement print or store credit depending on the situation.
